My name is Laura Herrmann.  I have taught school for about ten years.  I have taught in the public schools, private schools, and now a charter school.  I have always loved children and love working with them.  That is why I have chosen school teaching as a career.

I am married and have five children of my own, with almost eight grandchildren.  Teaching school is a passion with me.  I love to watch children succeed!  I love teaching the 3rd and 4th grade classes.  They have an exciting curriculum to me.  I love Utah History, I love art and music and try to bring alot of knowledge and fun into my classroom.

I am looking forword to teaching my second year at Lakeview Academy.  I love the philosophy of the school and the opportunities the students have of learning in a productive way here.  I know we will have a "magical year!"
